Lee Chappell - Sales Coordinator

Lee brings more than 20 years experience in Customer Service Support.

Lee holds a training and coaching qualification from the UK. He also has a Diploma in Counselling from The British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy. Lee has a passion for working with people from different cultural backgrounds and an active interest in understanding the challenges.

Prior to joining Detekt, Lee held management positions for various organizations where he was responsible for the training of staff; the structure, development and implementation of new and innovative processes to increase work place productivity and staff retention. Earlier in his career his work focused on supporting vulnerable people and this foundation provided and excellent platform for his organizational roles.

In April 2011, Lee joined Detekt to share his knowledge and experience in Customer Service Support. His position is to liaise with customers, advise on the Design for Manufacture process, help customers communicate their ideas and provide well structured product development plans in the form of proposals.
